1-1 Personal Training Details for 45 min, 60 min and 75 min Sessions:
Option 1 - In person PT sessions can be done in a private studio, your own house or space (condo, apartment, garage, basement, living room - as long as we have enough room to move and exercise) City Owned Fitness, Recreational Centers and Running Tracks, Fitness Centers of your choice (Corporate gyms - you have to pay and buy your own membership monthly or drop-in fee) and we can also do it outdoors e.g. in a Park or Athletic Field.
Option 2 - Online or Virtual training, maybe limited to some equipment (you have to buy your own) and mostly body weight exercises and resistance bands.
It's half an hour (30 min) 1-1 In person or Online (virtual) Nutritional Coaching which includes a free assessment, Your daily Caloric computation based on your goals, activities and needs. I will also help you to structure your meals and make plans for your Specific Sports and Competition.
